That’s a Phoney Sparrow!

I tried Sparrow for Mac for the first time yesterday, and I’m smitten. It’s easily my favorite Mail client. Considering my email goes through Google Apps, this works absolutely perfectly. It looks great, it’s super fast and lightweight, and…well…that’s enough, isn’t it?

Now that it’s earned a spot in my dock, I obviously had to make a Phoney icon. So here it is. Enjoy!

Reeder for Mac Phoney icon!

Reeder!

Since Reeder for Mac’s beta is now public (and really kickass), I obviously needed a Phoney icon. Hell, I didn’t even realize it was out until Josh Bryant asked me for a custom icon!

Well I’m glad he asked, because now I’m using the nicest RSS reader I’ve played with. And I’ve made a cool looking icon!

Enjoy,

The Journey of Mattcraft…

I’ve recently become quite smitten with a little game called “Minecraft”. It’s a simple yet deep game of quite humble origins. One man has been coding for little over a year, and his product is snowballing into heavy recognition. Word is Minecraft has already broke $2 million in profits. It’s a true indie story.

Having played several hours of the game, and falling absolutely in love with it, I felt like spreading the word of Minecraft to everyone I could. Following Sebastiaan de With’s lead, I decided to try my hand at doing a small video series of my journeys in Minecraft.

I think it came out really fun, and the responses I’ve received so far are quite positive. I definitely plan on continuing the series!

Enjoy,
M
